Whilst eJournal offers a lot of communication and feedback methods involving a specific collection or piece of evidence, some scenarios call for bulk communication with a cohort of students.
eJournal offers two approaches to bulk communication, the first revolves around mandatory activities (or deadlines), and the second allows you to select a group of students yourself.
¶ Custom selection
In order to communicate with multiple students of your chosing, first navigate to the journal overview page, and select 'Message Users' from the 'Actions' menu.
Note that journal filter (for example based on a specific group of students) determines which users you will message.
