Workflow wise there are two high level options:
@<your_environment>.ejournal.app. Since this domain is managed by us, no further configuration is necessary.@ejournal.<your_institute's_domain>. Our preferred approach to accomplishing this is by adding a SPF and DKIM record to your DNS server. Since we generally also process incoming support emails on behalf of your institute, it is also needed to add an MX record so we can receive emails.Send an email to support@ejournal.app to let us know your preference!
Once a workflow is in place it is still needed to validate that all emails are succesfully delivered and pass the email filter rules of your institution.
