We are excited to announce the release of a new feedback workflow: verbal feedback. This feature allows students to capture feedback on behalf of others and send it to them for approval. Once approved, the feedback will be treated just like any other feedback given by that person. This workflow shifts some of the workload to the student, which can be a lifesaver for those working with reviewers on a strict timetable. Since the majority of feedback given is verbal, we hope this workflow effectively utilizes such feedback to enhance the development of our students.

- Intuitive setup by the student. Students can initiate a feedback approval request like adding any other content:
- Students can use our feedback tooling just like they would for a self-reflection:
- Once the student is confident the received feedback has been captured correctly, the student can send it to a reviewer for approval:
- Verbal feedback approval requests are processed similarly to feedback requests:

Reviewers can choose to accept the feedback as is, make needed changes themselves, or request changes.

Once approved, verbal feedback will appear in dashboards like any other feedback received via a share request by the reviewer.
- When making or requesting changes, the system will ask for a motivation behind the changes.
